The secret of starting the New Year right is found in these 6 simple secrets…

1.  Only Make A Few Resolutions

The number one deadly sin of trying to change bad habits in the new year is making TOO MANY changes at once. There’s no way that you will be able to change all of your habits at once. Instead, take some time and think about what you want to change the most, then choose one to three things that you really want to change.

Then focus on those!

It’s just that simple! If your attention is spread across too many areas, then you won’t be able to properly give the attention to each habit that you want to change. So, start simple and take it slow by choosing just a few key habits that you want to get rid of!
