One of things all Jiu Jitsu athletes face at one point or another is finger soreness or injury. In the video below, Kurt Osiander shows off his techniques for taping fingers to prevent injury and soreness.

Now, taping your fingers isn’t the only solution to preventing injury or soreness. If you find that your fingers are constantly screaming at you, bring it up to your coaching staff! It’s highly likely that by adjusting your grips a little bit, you can alleviate some if not all of the discomfort you are feeling.
