EDMONTON, Alberta — As it turns out, Demetrious Johnson won’t have an opportunity to break Anderson Silva’s UFC title defense record this weekend.
Johnson’s UFC 215 opponent, Ray Borg, was forced to withdraw from the fight on Thursday evening due to an illness. Obviously this cancels Saturday night’s main event but never fear! There is another great, main event worthy fight on the card!
The Amanda Nunes vs. Valentina Shevchenko women’s bantamweight title fight will serve as the new pay-per-view main event and it promises to be a good one! Check out the hype video below!
